• We then went to Cupcakes, Cocktails & Crossstitch hosted by @[1503096996:Phil Davison] at the Queen Of Hoxton.

• There were free cupcakes, super strong jelly shots, acoustic sets from bands, DJs, hula-hoop dancers and acrobats. There wasn’t any karaoke this time, but Phil wants to come to our next Singstar party. I really want to learn hula-hoop tricks, Gypsy Hoops is planning a trip to the UK and has promised to teach me – keep an eye out for her in the next Snippets.

• There was a BBQ on the roof, which was in between the skyscrapers of the City and had awesome views.

• I crossstitched @[27355825328:Harley Quinn]'s head and I was quite impressed with myself, as I made it up as I went along, rather than working from a pattern.
