We grabbed some coffees from Starbucks before heading to the park which took a good 20 minutes as they had to remake my coffee six times. At first they forgot it was to take away, they then forget which size it was, then they forgot the milk was soy and when they finally got all the facts right, it was bitterly strong. Eventually I ended up with a cup of foam but didn't want to wait another 20 minutes for them to have another go. 

Meanwhile, Tom was still waiting for his fancy coffee, which he was told would come with a presentation from the barista. It was clearly the guy's first time, as he swore and stumbled his way through the "presentation" without actually presenting anything.
