Mum & Dad came over to watch the F1 with Tom so I cooked everyone savoury pancakes, inspired by the amazing one I had in Minneapolis. Mine had feta, quinoa and spinach inside and were topped with salmon, cream cheese, chutney and scrambled eggs.
