I used sweet chilli rice for his head, Quorn ham for his mouth and ears, olives for his eyes and nose and a little strip of nori for his mouth. It was so easy but looked super adorable, so I'm going to start making cute bentos more often!



I couldn't resist tweeting about our lunch and then we got an amazing surprise when Rilakkuma himself tweeted about how relaxing our lunch looked!
