We went for coffee and flapjacks at Freemans today but I was sad to see them making fun of a customer on Twitter who'd left feedback about the furniture in their Suggestion's Box. I thought the feedback was really sweet, and I loved the diagrams, so their reaction makes me a little uncomfortable to go back.
