• I had the Valley Of Silence which was served in a metal bowl so heavy that it was hard to drink with one hand. The cocktail was made from gin, sake, egg and vanilla mirin which gave it the taste of milk and rice, without including any dairy.
• Tom ordered Above The Horizon with vodka, Roots Mastiha liqueur, arnica & pine oil and lemon balm soda. It reminded me of an alcoholic iced tea.
