• Tom decided he wanted to go see Placebo at the Southbank Festival, so I took Mum & Dad for dinner at Okan.

• We tucked into tasty okonomiyaki with cheese and sweetcorn and then had sorbet for dessert.

• I had elderflower sorbet, while Dad had a creamy one and Mum had matcha. Dad got so cold while eating his that he had to put on his emergency jacket.
