There's a new Rick & Morty inspired bar from the Pop Up Geeks in Edinburgh called Wubba Lubba Dub Dub.
-
-
Excited to check it out, we met up with Pamela after work and headed along.
-
-
The bars in one of the caverns at The Arches which they'd done their best to decorate with chemistry equipment, Rick & Morty cut-outs, clocks ticking backwards and strobe-lit mirrors to resemble portals into other dimensions.

The cocktails were the best bit, with names and ingredients inspired by the cartoon.
-
-
I ordered the Cocktail On The Cob with "strawberry on the cob", vodka, green Chartreuse and egg white.
-
-
Pamela ordered the Turbulent Juice which was served in a tube that you squeezed into your glass. It was more like a gel than a cocktail with gin, Escubac, raspberries, bitters and xanthan gum gum.
-
-
Tom had the Existence Is Pain! which was bright blue and inspired by Mr Meesseeks with Mezcal, cachaca, blue Curacoa, coconut, lime and chilli.
-
-
For our second round, Pamela & Tom ordered their specially brewed beer, the High Concept Sci-Fi Sour.
-
-
The beer was served with a beaker and sour shot to mix in and drink it with.
-
-
I ordered the Concentrated Dark Matter cocktail which came with instructions to mix yourself at the table.

It was fun to mix together with rum, Campari, maraschino and sour cherry. The finished drink was full of glittery particles which looked so pretty.
