• We went for dinner at Shackfuyu which promised Western-inspired Japanese food.
  • We started with the pink prawn tempura which I was hoping would be bright pink but ended up just being served with a pink mayo.
  • We then tried the raw tuna tacos with shiso avocado and pickled daikon. These were pretty tasty.
  • Tom ordered some maki, but it wasn't rolled very well and filled with cheap salmon, rather than sashimi.
  • The miso mushrooms more than made up for the last dish. They're so good so I'm going to buy some miso and make my own.
