• Afterwards we went for dinner at Sticks N Sushi, a Danish sushi fusion restaurant.
  • We started by ordered some nibbles and drinks. I had a Nipon cocktail with shiso infused shochu, elderflower, lemon and prosecco. Tom had one of the restaurant AFTENBAJER home brews.
  • We started with the Maguro Tataki which was seared tun with wafu, daikon and black sesame truffle.
  • Next we tried the shake teriyaki which were teriyaki salmon sticks.
  • The Ebi Bites were my favourite and were tempura shrimp in a bubbly batter with miso aïoli.
  • We then ordered the Maki Maki sushi selection.
  • There was Salmon Ceviche maki, Hell's Kitchen maki with tempura shrimp, avocado, tuna & barbecue sauce, Ebi Panko maki and Shake Aioli maki with snow peas, avocado, cucumber, miso aïoli, seared salmon and trout roe.
