• We were invited to the launch of a new app called <a href="https://mealpal.co.uk/">MealPal</a> at Cha Chaan Teng in Holborn this evening.

• The app lets you pre-order food from restaurants to pick up for as little as £5 and there were free drinks and nibbles from the menu to promote it.

• These veggie spring rolls were delicious.
