• After dinner, we headed to Tonight Josephine, a new cocktail bar in Waterloo that I had drink vouchers for.

• Downstairs the bar looked like something from GTA Vice City with pink and green lighting, mirrored ceilings and glittered tables.
• 
• I loved the wallpaper in the toilets.
• 
• We made our way to the bar and ordered the most unusual sounding cocktails on the menu.
• 
• Priscilla tried a June Bug, which is now her new favourite cocktail, and I ordered a Flaming Zombie which came served with a passion fruit that was set on fire.
• 
• Tom ordered the Toasted Popcorn Sour which was delicious with Jack Daniel’s, lemon and popcorn syrup. It was topped with popcorn and a sweet meringue froth which they blow-torched at the bar.

• The neon signs were definitely my favourite thing about the bar and I left really wanting to get one for our house.
