  • Tom ordered the Save Our Soles with salted bourbon, scotch, rhubarb liqueur, BBQ peach and lemon-thyme syrup. It came topped with a sweet pie lid and a side of cherries and cream.
  • I had a Friars Luck with rum, benedictine, yellow chartreuse, bitters and frankincense. It was served with salted chocolate and mini toffee apples.
