To start, I tried Les Moules à la Bretonne which were mussels from Shetland in a creamy white wine sauce.

Tom ordered the Surprise calamari which looked absolutely gorgeous, topped with colourful peppers and vegetables. It tasted amazing but the recipe is top secret.

I ordered the nicoise salad from the Spring Specials which came topped with smoked salmon for the perfect Scottish twist.

Tom had the fish of the day which was sea bream, topped with fennel, tomatoes and harissa mayonnaise.

Saving the best until last, we ordered the Dark Chocolate Mousse to share for dessert. It was topped with rosemary Chantilly which tasted heavenly with the dark chocolate.
