• We've recently discovered an awesome new cafe down at Port Edgar Marina called Down The Hatch.

• It's filled mostly with fishermen and yacht club members grabbing their lunch, but the owners are really into their food and create Canadian / Scottish inspired recipes like burgers with donut buns and fries topped with poutine.
• 
• Tom tucked into the largest plate of fish and chips he'd ever seen while I had a breakast burrito filled with scrambled eggs, cheese and potato hash.
• 
• And as it's right next to the marina, it's perfected located to take a walk afterwards to see the boats and check the progress on the new Forth Bridge.
