• Tom was in the mood to test out the cosiest of his new hat and I wanted to see some wildlife after brunch, so we headed to Seven Lochs Wetland Park near Coatbridge.

• We were expecting the park to be relaxing and quiet but it was filled with walkers and felt more like being in a busy shopping mall.
