• Tom got us tickets to the opening of a new bar called OX184 on the Cowgate this evening.
• There was lots of yummy free food, prosecco and cocktails which tasted like perfume. It was mostly meaty grilled nibbles but Dad was happy trying everything and even got so full he had to turn food down.
• 
• And, as if my Dad wasn't haven't a perfect night as it was, there was free whisky tasting upstairs and we got to try lots of types of whisky before stumbling back home.
