• The weather was absolutely gorgeous today and so hot, so we decided to pack up our picnic basket and head out on an adventure.
•

• We ended up at the Harlaw Reservoir which was really pretty and found the perfect picnic spot under some trees next to the river.
• 
• Black Rose Gin sent us a couple of bottles so we packed one for our picnic. It tasted delicious with our salmon bagels and picnic snacks.
• 
• I'm still not sure what the point of rolling an egg down a hill on Easter is but we decided to decorate some eggs and give it a go this year for luck.
• 
• The sun was going down when we headed home but it stayed warm until the end. I'm sure we'll be back here for more picnics in the summer.
