walking through the town there are so many people competing for the attention and money of the public. a girl with a guitar. a balloon bender. speakers blaring out terrible songs that the passers by try to ignore. a man with strange dancing dolls attached to his feet. it’s so hot. tom’s parents took us for lunch at the dca.. it’s the german film festival. anyway things to pack. i’m going home for a week.
