• After we had spotted all the butterflies we had wanted to spot, we headed to The Paper Mill, a hipster new bar and restaurant that Tom had discovered in Lasswade.
• It was right next to the river and was really lovely inside. I tried a Breakfast Martini which was made from orange marmalade, Millers, Cointreau, lemon juice and Antica Formula.
