• My parents stayed over again last night so we headed for lunch at Earthy Food & Goods today. Tom had spotted it on Google maps and thought it sounded interesting.

• Downstairs is a cafe and upstairs an organic market.

• I got pumpkin quiche which was delicious and served on an old roof slate. I really want one of these to make in to a cheese board.
